We installed commercial self regulating heat cable in gutter downspouts and around scubbers including electrical. We then installed 90 degree metal to divert snow and water on back on to roof on front of the building.

We replaced turtle vents and flashings.

We inspected roof and replaced loose or damaged shingles.

We repaired roof system on the back south east section of house and installed new 3 Tab 25 year shingles in Tamko (weather wood).

We re-hung existing fron gutter, removed back gutters, and reinstalled soffit properly. Then we installed new fascia, new gutters, and attached to downspouts. We also repaired one pane and replaced missing and damaged shingles. Finally, we installed diverter on inside miter on front gutter.

We removed existing roof material down to wood decking, installed a 30 year Architectural shingle GAF (charcol grey), and removed disposed of swamp cooler.

We installed new corner in front and a downspout by RV pad, installed de-icing cable in front gutter and downspout, and in valley over front porch.

We installed 30 year Tamko shingles in Old English Pewter.

We removed snow from leaking area caused by ice dam.

We recovered on front and west side of house. Then we installed a 25 year 3 tab shingle in black.
