We installed and resealed boot on upper section of roof.

We repaired 39 holes in upper south end between skylights and repaired seam on north side upper roof by drain.

We removed existing roof material down to wood deckin, installed a 30 year Architectural shingle in Grey Blend and installed new 7/16" OSB sheeting.

We installed gutter and downspouts, installed self-regulated de-icing cable on north side of house on eve of roof and in gutter and downspouts. Then we connected to inside panel and repaired the electrical line that is connected to the shed.

We removed snow and ice and probed leak in EPDM roof near drain.

We repaired roof on EPDM above unit 910. Then we removed rock and set aside. Finally, we installed EPDM patch and replaced rocks.

We installed commercial self regulating heat cable in gutter downspouts and around scubbers including electrical. We then installed 90 degree metal to divert snow and water on back on to roof on front of the building.

We replaced turtle vents and flashings.

We inspected roof and replaced loose or damaged shingles.

We repaired roof system on the back south east section of house and installed new 3 Tab 25 year shingles in Tamko (weather wood).
