We removed existing carport roof down to wood decking and did the following installations: new TPO roofing system in white, new Solar Power fan H.D., and new Aluminum Soffit and Gutters

We removed tile, re-flashed two roof jacks, installed ice and water shield, and re-installed tile.

We removed shingles and installed new step flashing and ice and water shield around take/valley juncture. Then we re-installed existing shingles.

We repaired leak in tar and gravel roof.

We removed existing roof material to deck and installed 25 year - 3 tab Tamko shingoles in Desert Tan.

We removed and hauled away gutter on back side of house. We then installed new gutter in Wicker and installed new downspout on southeast corner - tying into existing downspout in the middle of the house.

We repaired and replaced missing shingles. We also repaired leak in north elevation.

We removed shingles on SW side on the back of garage, repaired leak, and recovered shingles.

We removed snow and ice from roof including ice melt.
