We installed 60 mil TPO membrane over existing roll roofing and extended membrane up both sides of slope and re-roofed with matching shingles in Malarkey Dove white.

We installed 30 year Architectural shingle in Malarkey (sandstone) over existing roof and installed new drip edge around perimieter.

We replaced missing 3 tab shingles.

We removed shingles along eve of roof above deck and installed new drip edge and ice and water shield. We then installed new shingles and tied them into the existing ones. We removed existing roof material to deck. Installed 30 year Tamko Architectural shingles in Old English Pewter. Then we installed a new 45 mil TPO roof system on low slope section of garage and the dormers. Finally, we installed new .027 gage white gutter and downspouts and a wedge system in sun room. We installed TPO pipe flashing on the AC unit.

We installed new Shake Shingle roof on garage and tied into existing shingles.

We repaired a leak in the built up roofing system as well as the chimney caps, and plumbing pipes. We removed the collar on the drain and the 6" ice and water shield on the chimney pipes. We installed fiber mesh and plastic cement on chimney pipes and sealed hols in the chimney cap. We also sealed seams in front of the building and replaced a total of 9 damaged turtle vents.
