W 4920 South Taylorsville, UT 84123 Replaced turtle vents

We replaced 4 turtle vents and sealed them in. We then repaired leaking around plumbing pipes, chimney, and swamp cooler.

We removed existing roof material on house and garage down to wood decking. Then we installed 30 year Architectural shingle on house and garage GAF (Natural timber). We replaced 1/8 wood decking as needed, installed new drip metal in white, and installed 4 new metal turtle vents on house.

We remved existing roof material to deck on low slope section of the house. Then we repaired damaged wood and installed 30 year Tamko Architectural shingle in Old English Pewter.

We removed existing roof material to deck and installed 30 year Tamko Architectural shingles in Painted Desert. Then we removed existing attic turtle air vents and repaired holes with OSB. Finally, we installed a new ridge venting system.

We did roof repairs for two units.

We removed existing roof material down to wood decking. Then we installed a 30 year Architectural shingle in grey blend and installed new 7/16" OSB sheeting.

We removed existing roof material to deck and installed new 30 year owens corning architectural shingles in Oakridge Amber.

We removed existing roof material down to wood decking and installed new 30 year architectural shingle in midnight black. Then we installed new metal drip edge in white along with flashing on top of awning. Finally, we repaired gutters.

We installed 60 mil Mulehide TPO in white. We also removed sliding and installed TPO 1 foot up wall on carport side of house and replaced siding. Installed new pipe flashings.

We replaced missing shingles and sealed pipes.
