Coolidge Street Midvale, UT 84047 Leak repair

We provided leak repair.

We removed snow and ice from roof - eave valley on north side of roof. Then we installed de-icing cable on eave and in valley.

We removed drip along bottom eaves and installed with new. Then we coated entire roof with Aluminum coating.

We repaired old swamp cooler hole, filled into level, and installed 30 pound felt. Then we installed new 30 yearshingles in Aspen Gray and tied into existing.

We flashed 3 new skylights.

We replaced damaged pipe flashing, repaired shingles around furnace pipe, and repaired cap metal.

We removed existing roof material to deck, installed 30 year Tamko Architectural shingles in Old English Pewter, and installed a new 45 mil TPO roof system on low slope section of garage and the dormers. We also installed new .027 gage white gutter &downspouts and a wedge system on sun room.

We installed 60 mil Mulehide TPO in white, removed sliding and installed TPO 1 foot up on carport side of house and replaced siding.

We repaired ridge, caulked pipes, replaced old shingles over leak, installed metal on northeast corner in valley, reworked diverter over front and caulked staples in valley.

We removed existing roof material to deck on garage and carport. Then we installed a 30 year Tamko shingle in black and a 45 mil TPO on caport.
