We removed metal panels over patio, installed OSB ply over patio, and a TPO membrane.

We replaced 13 existing sewer pipe flashings and 7 existing plastive attic vents.

We cleared snow off roof on northeast side and installed patch. Then we installed custom diverter on back porch and one on front porch.

We removed snow and ice and repaired edge of roof.

We cleaned all pine needles from roof and gutter. Afterward, we painted rusty flue pipe.

We caulked pipes as needed.

We cleaned debris from valleys and gutters, Then we resealed the upper chimney flashing, and caulked pipes as needed. Finally, we rpelaced damaged hip and ridge shingles (black 3 tab).

We cleaned pine needles from roof and gutter and reconnected loose snow guard.
