We removed existing roof material to wood decking and installed a 45 mil TPO roofing system in white. Then we removed and hauled away swamp duct.

We removed tile above upper east window and installed 3 course ice and water shield. Then we re-installed tile replacing damaged tile.

We removed ice dam above main living room and sealed headwall and flashing.

We removed existing roof down to wood decking and installed new 30 year Architectural shingle Tamko in Rustic Cedar.

We replaced the missing shingles on the house and sealed pipes. We then installed white slip flashing on inside corners above the utter and new step and counter flashing on the chimneys.

We removed snow and ice from house and garage shake roof. We also shoveled snow from driveway afterwards which included 6 bags of ice melt.

We installed de-icing cable in back upper gutter and in down spout, lower gutter on patio cover, the drain line of lower patio, roof, the front entry over garage as well as on the roof by front garage. We also replaced damaged gutter on back patio cover.

We removed old bird stop and installed new 8" Stainles steel bird stop and repaired missing shingles in Tamko Rustic Timber.

We removed and hauled away damaged gutter on north side of house and installed new white gutter and downspout, eve of roof, and over front porch. We also ran new outside outlet to base of downspout.

We installed smart vent on the eave of the roof and tied into existing shingles.
