We removed existing roof material to deck and installed 30 year Tamko Architectural shingles in Rustic Redwood to manufacturer’s specifications for a 130 MPH wind rating.
Then we removed and hauled away existing soffit and fascia, installed new aluminum soffit and fascia, installed new siding in 4 fable ends on front of the house and on the bay windows.
Finally, we installed seamless aluminum gutters on all the eaves and 9 downspouts.
