We painted rust spots on main cricket area on back side of roof, sealed necks of several pipe flashings, and reconnected the loose ridge baffle piece.

We repaired leak around cooler.

We slipped sheet metal under cracked til and replaced missing ones. Then we painted valley metal by chimney.

We repaired downspouts on house, installed new downspouts in Harbor Grey on front corner by entry, and installed de-icing cable in front gutter, downspouts, and along roof.

We replaced cedar shingles around chimney, installed de-icing cable in valley, eave, and in gutter & downspout. We then installed a 45 mil TPO in gray by cooler.

We removed snow and ice to inspect roof. Then we re-roofed a 3 square section of roof with TPO.

We removed snow and ice from front side of roof (both lower and upper roofs) including ice melt.

We conducted roof repair on EPDM roof, inspected roof, and patched holes near A/C unit on south side and exposed screws. Then we sealed wall cap and term bar. After, we reinstalled de-icing cable, and finally replaced 2 30' sections.

We replaced skylight on BUR roof system.

We installed kick out flashing on corners and chimney cap on west chimney. Then we sealed soffit and fascia on north and east roof. We then cleaned out valley and cut back tree branches. Finally, we replaced damaged shingles.
