We installed a 60 mil TPO roofing system in white and reflashed skylight.

We removed ice and snow from 2 locations on north side. Then we removed shingles from dead areas and installed TPO membrane.

We removed existing roof material to deck, removed swamp cooler, and then installed 30 year Tamko Black Walnut shingles.

We repaired leak above entrance and duct work. Then we replaced shingles around duct flashing.

We replaced 4 black turtle vents, replaced around 5-6 tabs, and left several shingles for owner. Then we caulked metal pipe flashings with silicone.

We replaced turtle vents with new metal vents in brown, removed shingles, and installed ice and water an dnew shingles (30 year Painted Desert) over back bay window.

We provided leak repair.

We removed snow and ice from roof - eave valley on north side of roof. Then we installed de-icing cable on eave and in valley.

We removed drip along bottom eaves and installed with new. Then we coated entire roof with Aluminum coating.

We repaired old swamp cooler hole, filled into level, and installed 30 pound felt. Then we installed new 30 yearshingles in Aspen Gray and tied into existing.
