We removed existing roof material to deck. Installed 30 year Tamko Architectural shingles in Old English Pewter. Then we installed a new 45 mil TPO roof system on low slope section of garage and the dormers. Finally, we installed new .027 gage white gutter and downspouts and a wedge system in sun room.
