We sealed around 7 pipes.

We chipped black plastic cement at the base of the north west chimney, removed shingles, and installed new step and counter flashing. Afterward, we sealed with ice and water shield and installed new shingles and tied into existing.

First we removed snow and ice from roof, gutter, and downspout. Then we repaired roof on eave and replaced shingles. Finally, we installed de-icing cabvle on eave and in gutter and downspout.

We removed existing roof material to deck, removed cooler and repaired with new OSB, installed 30 year Tamko shingle in Rustic Redwood, and removed/hauled away existing gutter and downspouts. We also installed new .027 gutter and downspouts in white.

We repaired roof around evap cooler, installed new OSB, reflashed duct, installed ice and water and new shingles, and installed new pipe flashing.

We removed existing roof material to deck, installed a 20 year Tamko shingle in black walnut, and installed de-icing cable in north gutter and in down spout. We also installed heat cable in front gutter.

We removed existing roof material to deck and installed 30 year Tamko Harvest Gold Shingles.

We shoveled snow off ice along rear awning and applied ice melt.

We removed snow and ice from roof including ice melt.

We repaired leak around chimney.
