We removed snow and ice from front side of roof (both lower and upper roofs) including ice melt.

We conducted roof repair on EPDM roof, inspected roof, and patched holes near A/C unit on south side and exposed screws. Then we sealed wall cap and term bar. After, we reinstalled de-icing cable, and finally replaced 2 30' sections.

We replaced skylight on BUR roof system.

We installed kick out flashing on corners and chimney cap on west chimney. Then we sealed soffit and fascia on north and east roof. We then cleaned out valley and cut back tree branches. Finally, we replaced damaged shingles.

We installed de-icing cable on front of house, in front gutter and downspout, on porch roof, up side wall, on upper roof, and gutter & downspout.

We provided emergency snow removal.

We removed and hauled away cooler and repair. We then installed new 25 year white shingles and tie into existing. Finally, we installed new turtle vent and sealed pipes.

We repaired a leak on cooler roof.

We installed flex membrane and drip edge.

We removed and hauled away shingles on the rake of the side entry, installed step flashing, ice and water shield, custom side wall surface mount flashing, and custom kicked out of the even of the roof. Then we installed 30 year shingle in Black and tied into existing shingles.
